“After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. “Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.”
