“What can I say about this place! It's an unassuming studio but once you walk in you get welcomed with an offer of a brew and made to feel comfortable from the off. I had my tattoo from laura but every artist was happy to talk and made you feel inclusive of their studio. Excellent craic, top notch artists, spotlessly clean. All round good eggs with a cracking atmosphere.”

“Second time here first time just as amazing as the first! Food is exceptional and portions are amazing! Food made fresh ...no pre packed or reheated food here which in itself is refreshing! Staff are very friendly and helpful and atmosphere is fab! Could not finish all my food and they happily put it in take away box for me! They guys are so, so helpful, offer advice, suggest better options, you could achieve anything with their help and it's all in a very cheerful but respectful manner. “We’ve been here twice recently because it’s just so good! The first time I had the Turkish eggs with halloumi and sausage, then the second time I went for the chicken and pancakes, both were amazing. One visit was around 11am on a Saturday and there was about a 15-minute wait, but definitely worth it. The other time we went a bit later and got a table straight away. You can book ahead, but they also keep some tables for walk-ins. Staff are nice and friendly and really good to accommodate allergies too”

“We would like to really thank Diane and her team for their vision and craftsmanship in creating our new kitchen. When we decided to have our kitchen re-designed we had a few companies come for a visit with their ideas, all of which were lovely but not what we really hoped for. Ideally what we wanted was an island, but we were told that we didn’t have the space for one. Luckily we came across Diane Berry kitchens website on the internet, we really liked her work so we emailed her. Diane responded very quickly and within a few weeks came to visit us and designed our dream kitchen – with the island that we wanted! From start to finish Diane Berry Kitchens wowed us with their vision, attention to detail and support throughout the process and we are so very grateful. We are really enjoying our new kitchen and still can't believe the transformation. It’s such a beautiful room and we are looking forward to spending lots of time and creating memories entertaining friends and family. “Lovely oasis of calm (no pun intended) in the midst of Heaton Park tucked away from the busier and noisier playground and lake areas. Good food, reasonably priced served by friendly staff. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome outdoors (not inside). And you can pick up some lovely plants from the garden centre on the way out!”

“Not a bad place for a bargain. Lots of products much cheaper than they are in the supermarket. They sell lots of things, food, toys, cleaning products, sweets, cards, DVD'S and other useful household items. It can get a little busy at times but it's a nice, well laid out shop.”

“I popped down to Moda for breakfast on Wednesday morning (their opening day) I had the steak and eggs with the healthy breakfast bowl and it was stunning both dishes were full of flavour and well cooked. Inside the decor is beautiful and calming with a great vibe. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. I looked over the drinks menu and so much choice for everyone's taste. I can’t wait to go again.”

“Krave Coffee is a lovely cafe in Whitefield with plenty of free parking outside. The staff are all cheery and polite and the food is well cooked and neatly presented on your plate. Theres no step at the door and a ramp inside so easy walking for older customers and easy access for wheel & push chairs. We both had the small english and I swapped out those nasty mushrooms and tomatoes (my own taste I just dont like them) for another Grandads Sausage. The Americano was spot on and I would go back here just for another cuppa probably have some cake as well. Lunch menus when I asked are only served on weekdays. The seating inside is very comfortable, and theres also tables and chairs outside. A disabled toiket is also located at the back.”
