I’ve been using this garage for work and domestic over the last 12 years - they are efficient as possible and always get the job done. Professional and nice folk also. Recently had my stop start button worked on rather than taking it to VW main dealer and a mot today which was only books in on the same day. Great service

Genuine garage! I took my car for a diagnostic due to an issue I’ve had for months. No garage was able to truly solve it and was charged multiple times for a variety of things. Birdhall did a diagnostic and recommended I take it to an engine specialist and stated issues potentially wrong. They did not charge me as they did not fix it. Thanks very much for your guidance and honesty!
I went to Birdhall Lane Service Station for annual service and MOT last Friday, the service was great. Emma and George were very nice and friendly, they answered phone, explained questions with professional manner, special thanks to Emma who tried her best to help, give professional and honest advice on what kind of services my car needs, price was very friendly and affordable. I dropped my car off at 8am even my booking should be at 10am, everything finished at 12ish that was very efficient. In previous years, I've brought my car to the shop I bought the car from, they claim that they are leading business but they have not checked or filled coolant and I filled it myself after the service... before making payment, everything is included but after the money has been transferred to their pocket, they would say "Sorry, there's nothing that we could do" which seems it's the leading business's slogan. I'm tired and fed up with the time consuming so called "communication" with those big leading garage, can never have peace of mind service even though I purchased all products that they have, like warranty, paint protection and stuff, thought I will have full protection and peace of mind but that's not the case, sorry... After this time with Birdhall Lane Service station, I'm very satisfied and will highly recommend my family and friend. Thank you very much Emma, George and the workshop team. I want to say, this is real UK standard which Birdhall Lane Service Station maintains! Wishing you all continued prosperity in your business!
Fantastic garage who are extremely friendly and helpful. Popped by as I was passing with a small problem and they fitted me in there and then. Plus gave me a brew while I was waiting. Couldn't recommend them more.
There needs to be more clarity with pricing of individual items on the receipt sheet that you provide to your customers. I paid for MOT plus a number of replacements and parts. There was no breakdown of how much each of these items cost so I wouldn't return unfortunately.
Got a great deal on a service and MOT for less than £120 for Black Friday. They are a trustworthy and professional outfit who provide an exceptional customer service and although I have garages closer to home I really wouldn't go anywhere else!
Had a few jobs done here on my car , really professional and honest mechanics who filled me with confidence about the work they did , fairly priced and great workmanship I'll definitely be using this as my local garage from now in .
A big shout out to this fantastic garage. I have used them before have always found them honest reliable and professional. They have just helped my very stressed daughter who was on her way to work and found a flat tyre , they are calling to her home in the morning to fix it. Lucky she has my car tonight.
