   Fit a new clutch for us in May 2025 and were able to do it for an excellent price after another garage attempted to rip us off. Extremely professional, friendly and as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, I was made to feel welcomed and the farthest from patronised (unfortunately something I've experienced in other garages).    AVOID, took my car there and was told that there was nothing wrong with it and it’s “just a noisy car”, this was without taking a look at anything or driving it, I took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and was shown a wheel bolt that had come off and the wheel was 1/2 loose. I was told by the 2nd garage that the wheel was likely to come off if I had driven in the motorway at speed and it was very dangerous to drive.

   I cannot understand the negative review that has been left. I have been going to this garage since it opened and found the service to be excellent. Over the years I have recommended friends and colleagues most of whom have become regular customers. I have bought several new cars and chose to have them serviced by Williams rather than the dealerships I bought from, that is how highly I rate them.
