   I took my car in for an investigation and was treated with rudeness and condescension by the man at the counter. It really was shockingly bad and unprofessional. Negative, unhelpful and unintelligent. It's the first time I've been there so I don't want to write-off the garage on the strength of the one man I've spoken to there, but it was bad enough to put me off going there again. The excellent service I received from a neighbouring garage was in stark contrast.

   taken my car for m.o.t and full service, noticed a few days later car dash under stering loose, audio from car speakers destorted , item covers missing from dash, door no longer closes on glove box, keeps falling open, did ask them to sort it out and apparently they new nothing about it, had welding done twice in same areas, will no longer use there services
