   The store is temporarily closed, but there is no update on google maps, which is sad because that’s usually the first thing that customers check. I find it very unprofessional, especially that apparently they have been closed for a week now. I drove 25mins to return a jacket, but couldn’t do so and I am not happy to pay for the return shipping in this circumstances.

   Overpriced old stock which is still seems to be the same every time we visit (once or twice a year). Staff always seem too busy behind desk to engage with customers. Other outdoor shops at J32 much better.

   Like the shop especially their walking boots warm socks n fleeces..staff make you feel a bit uncomfortable though I'm not sure if they have a lot of shoplifting but I felt eyes on me at every step which made me uncomfortable apart from that very clean nice shop with plenty of variety.

   My lovely mum, myself and our lovely cavapoo visited the Regatta store in Castleford (junction 32) and all I can say is THANK YOU. Absolutely AMAZING service from everyone but a MASSIVE shout out to Holly and Lillia. So patient, helpful & kind and nothing was to much trouble - THANK YOU for your patience but such wonderful service. We love Regatta but even more so when you get service like this so thank you.    The best service you’ll get from a busy store. There were staff members everywhere dealing with customers in a polite manner. I was looking for some walking boots and was directed straight to the section and given time to look. Then another member of staff came to greet me and ask if I needed help. Immediately she told me more information on the boots I was looking at and more, as she went to get my sizes for me to try on. In 15 minutes I had tried three boots on and was again left to decide in my own time - rather than watched and pressured to hurry up and buy. The 3rd boots were very comfortable and I felt completely confident in buying them straight away. Thanks to all at the store you were brilliant!
