Lovely down to earth personable people. Outstanding range of dresses. Having been to many shops before discovering this one, it outshines them all. Would highly recommend.
For a small shop, it's far better than a bigger one that claims to have exclusive designs but they don't, because these get them from the same supplier. Fantastically friendly and it was a pleasure to go here. My daughter is really pleased with her dress and so are we
Love this shop so much, got my prom dress here today and it’s beautiful! The staff are so lovely and there’s a huge choice of dresses with a range of prices. I got my dress with only two weeks left until prom and they put most of the dresses on sale/at huge bargains, like hundreds cheaper! Not saying to be last minute like me lol, but I managed to get a dress worth a lot more than what I paid for. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
The most amazing shop I have ever used! Nothing was too much and a huge selection was already available when we arrived for our appointment. Nothing was too much, even down to an assortment of heels to check the dress length. We also had the wonderful guarantee that the same dress would not be sold to anyone else. The dress was perfect. The service was incredible! I wish I had more events as I would not hesitate to visit Cherubs again xx
Relaxed atmosphere for trying on dresses. Plenty of choice of prom dresses. Nothing to much trouble and no pushy sales. My daughter went with pictures of prom.dreses just for idea. My daughter was very happy with her choice Thank you Cherubs
I purchased my daughters prom dress this year and the service was fantastic.Nothing too much trouble. The shop can be very busy at times and sometimes appointments have to be made but the staff dont rush you.Its a very personal service. They made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable. Just prior to the prom we had a dilemma and when i messaged the owner on the day the shop was closed she immediately replied and offered a solution even though thats not the policy.I was very grateful. The shop has some beautiful dresses at a realistic price.The owner is very careful that no one from the same school has same design dress. I would rate this shop and service. Will certainly return if i need a dress for a special occasion.Thank you very much..Sue and Emily..
