Considering dresses are 3 figures. Little interaction from staff. They care more about personal store gossip (and where to put there dog during a holiday) than customer service. Trying to carry 3 floor length dresses and no help. No one at changing rooms to help as well. I love the brand but feel super flat by the interaction from Sheffield.
I had a personal shopper appointment today at 11am with Gill. Previously, I have returned several online purchases as I just couldn’t find that special outfit for my son’s wedding. Gill was fantastic and fully understood what I was looking for. She was super helpful and helped me purchase a dress, bag and hat. If I had not been able to come into the store to have Gill’s help I would not have been able to find this outfit as I had dismissed everything online. Gill’s help was invaluable and I would definitely do this again….wonderful store and lovely staff. Thank you!
What wonderful service I received today from Sandy and the manager (sorry didn’t get her name) at the Meadowhall store in Sheffield. I ordered a dress for my eldest son’s upcoming wedding and it just didn’t flow right at the back. I tried on other dresses but kept coming back to the one I’d purchased. I have now ordered next size up (I may have to make a few little alterations to make it fit on top) in the hope this one will flow correctly at the back. Just a big thank you to the team for accommodating me and taking the time to help me make my decision.

Staff very helpful, and excellent quality clothes
Staff were very helpful and polite. Found my "Mother of the Bride" dress. I was given great advice when I was unsure of size and colour. Going back for my actual dress in 3 weeks. Recommend this shop if you are looking for something special.
If I could give this firm zero stars then I would. I wish I’d checked them out on Trustpilot beforehand, as they have received nearly 30 (yes, 30!!) complaints in this last month alone, for their poor customer service. I returned a trouser suit I bought on line to their Meadowhall shop. The woman who served me only processed the trousers and not the jacket. She processed the trousers twice instead. So when checking my bank account, I’ve had £89 refund for the trousers, but no refund from the jacket, so they owe me £120, which I can ill afford to lose. The manager of the shop was very unhelpful, she was supposed to be ringing me back. Still waiting. The customer service after care is virtually non-existent too. So I’m also still waiting for my £120. It’s been 5 days now. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Buyer beware.
