   I ordered a tie from Ties Planet for my fiancé for our marriage. The tie ended up in Budapest Hungary even though Ties Planet does not ship to the EU and the parcel was labeled for Switzerland. I emailed the company and they immediately shipped a second tie which arrived within two days -- in time for the marriage. The tie is GREAT and the service was exceptional. Thank you Ties Planet for your great customary service and excellent product.

   I found Tiesplanet through a google search. Contacted them about trying find ties for me and my boys to match my wife’s dress for a wedding. They sent me swatches and emailed back and fourth and I managed to find the perfect match. I have bought a few times since but most recently used them trying to find socks to match a tie I’m wearing at my next wedding. The customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. I can’t recommend this business enough if you are looking to colour match, or if you’re looking for excellent quality ties, socks or any other items they sell. Everything I have bought so far has been high quality, quick delivery and like I said the customer service getting back to me and engaging in conversation for all my queries has been first class!

   Absolutely Outstanding Service! I needed to buy 5 ties for my my Dad's funeral so all his 5 boys could be matching and show our respect for his love of birds.    So happy with my purchases. Ties planet were so good to deal with. Im ordering from Ireland so i had good few questions re customs and looking for swatches. I actually had them send me swatches 2 different times and it was absolutely no issue for them. They sent me every colour they had of the colours i had in mind. The were back and forth on mails to me very quickly. Great customer service which is very hard to get these days. i will be recommending them to anyone that i know that needs this service including myself in the future.
