I was feeling a bit anxious about my car, but Tom—the mechanic who worked on it—immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly reassuring throughout the process. After the work was done, Tom showed me exactly what had been fixed and walked me through what had been done, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and transparency these days. The whole team was professional and friendly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.    Quoted me an excellent price to do the timing belt and water pump on my car. The price quoted was £150 below the average price I was being quoted. The mechanic also fixed my windscreen washers and auto light adjustment sensor for £20. I would highly recommend also the staff have great customer service skills.

   Not always easy to find a good garage who you feel won’t take advantage when you don’t know a great deal about cars but, these guys really do look after both their customer and their car. I took my Ford Focus in recently for a problem with the clutch which they fixed promptly and charged me a fraction of what I’d been quoted elsewhere “ It now drives like a new car!” Many thanks V Lowe

   Despite the garage being busy they always manage to fit me in for a last minute mot or for repairs or servicing and any jobs done are always spot on. I'm more than happy to give the guys at PS Autos five stars and would recommend them to anyone who wants the job doing right first time, good customer service and to be charged a very fair price!

   Car went in for a MOT, was informed a part had broke which needed to be fixed for my MOT to pass. Once it had been fixed I collected my car, driving home had to pull over on a dual carriage way as I heard continuous banging. To find out my rear passenger wheel had not been tightened up. How dangerous? I am so lucky I stopped when I did really. The next day I took it to the garage and informed them what had happened to be informed an apprentice had done my car and it had not been checked before I drove my car away! Something serious could have happened- I informed them it should have been checked before I took it away! An apprentice doing it is no excuse, there was a qualified mechanic there who should have checked this. Will not be using this garage again! So disappointed all I got was I’m sorry it was a mistake I didn’t check it before you drove it away.
