The chicken fried rice was anemic, and the chicken chow mien was burned. The food was late. Will not be ordering again from this take away,
Had a small sausage dinner and some chicken sweetcorn soup. Came in pippin hot!
Ordered here, as a big family and was surprised by how big the portions were. Especially that big spicy box, it was very good. Would recommend getting that as it was definitely worth it. The food came out piping hot and arrived pretty quick despite it being quite a big order. Kids enjoyed their sausage and chips. Would come back for sure.
Ordered quarter of crispy duck. This is what arrived. Mostly flakes and what chunks of meat are in the tray are fat. Salad is dry and stale with brown tinge, and not even a third of a pot of hoi sin. Woman I spoke to said they were too busy to sort it out and hung up on me. Tried calling back for 2 hours and they would not answer. Checking my account on their website, they deleted my profile, which goes to show how they deal with complaints. They were well aware of the quality of food sent out and were not prepared to rectify it. Do not eat from this takeaway.
Just had the best chow mein I've ever tasted in my life from here! Was absolutely gorgeous! Loved it! Defo be getting this again!!! Thank you
Food was soggy. Fish was raw. Called the shop who said they would not do a refund on the fish and to contact just eat. This chippy is possibly the worst I have been too.
Went there a while ago deciding to leave a review. Had to wait outside for almost an hour for 3 portions of fish and chips. The chips were edible, but not amazing. The fish on the other hand was inedible, still frozen and completely disgusting 0/10.
absolutely horrid, the chips were so soggy, cold and horrid, defo wouldn't recommend.
Cancelled order with out letting us know cancelled it over an hour later hung phone up when asked why they put there food hub on when having problems they had the ph9ne number to let us know
