   Very clean, organized store with a good range of clothes and home items. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and the staff are generally friendly. Prices are standard for Next, and parking’s convenient since it’s part of the retail park. Nothing too exciting, but it does the job if you need a quick shop. They open a Bath and Body Works recently, it has a variety of body care and candles!

   My closest large store, convenient location and where I collect my endless Next orders. Always well staffed and staff always friendly. Tend to avoid the weekends as getting in and out of car park can be fun but due to long opening hours not a problem.

   I was at the Birstall store today and paid for my children's clothes in cash which totalled £120. The cashier looked at me as though I was trying to hand her poison and then counted the money 3 times before examining each note carefully and after that then called over another member of staff to count it who did so with the same shocked expression on her face I was made to feel like a criminal just for paying in cash I won't be shopping here anymore I'm afraid

   Excellent service in Home department. I bought a couple of Bath & Body Wirks candles and the two ladies at the checkout couldn’t have been more helpful. They went and found an alternative product for me & even provided gift wrap.

   Large Next over 2 floors with a home department. You’ll find all your next items here I’d imagine. Car park gets very busy so you may be parking quite a way away from the store entrance.
