   I bought a lovely coat from here under the impression it was reduced. I went in yesterday with it priced at 20% off and was charged full price today with the reduced sticker removed. The lady serving seemed condescending and I am far from impressed

   Nice big shop, staff lovely. Needed to look upstairs but had a buggy so a member of staff had to take us up on the goods lift as there isn't a customer lift. Same coming back down.
