   Ordered t-shirts with some artwork my wife had made embroidered on the chest. I have just received these and I'm delighted with them. The material is a really high-quality cotton and the embroidery on the design is robust and exactly as I'd requested, despite the intricacy. Delivery was speedy (especially given it is a personalised item at this particular time of year!) and I now have plenty of time to give these out as gifts that I'm sure the recipients will love. Will definitely be recommending and shopping here again!

   The thing I valued most from my experience with Banana Moon was the excellent customer service I received. I corresponded mostly with Monika who was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was also very helpful with gathering example photos of items similar to what I wanted to order. The ordering, approval and payment process was well explained and very straightforward. I particularly liked that you could feedback on the design proofs directly through the website rather than having to start a new email chain or call, so you could see all comments in the same place as the order. The items (custom beanies) I ordered arrived on time with delivery tracking and my group are incredibly happy with the quality and price of them! The only thing I think could be improved is perhaps having more visibility of what stage the order is in e.g. order confirmed > garments being printed/embroidered > garments dispatched etc. I don’t know how feasible that would be to implement but I think that would elevate an already excellent experience even further! Overall I’m incredibly happy with my whole experience with the Banana Moon team and would happily order from them again!

   I have ordered couple of individual items with custom embroidery (I supplied the images) and I was so impressed by the both the ease of the ordering process and how quickly they arrived. Mostly, I was amazed by the quality of the embroidery itself - it all came out even better than I expected. Thanks Banana Moon, I will be ordering from you again.

   Fantastic company I have used for years, like everything you get what you pay for. The customer service is exceptional and they care about the orders and customer satisfaction. You may be able to get things cheaper from your man stood in the middle of a shopping centre but they won't last and the quality will match what you pay. Have now used the same printed performance t shirt for 3 years in a row for a tough mudder run and still the print and quality is the same. You should have no concerns about using this company, a gem to find.
