    I’m absolutely delighted with my outfit. Great value for money and definitely worth the wait. The stitching is excellent, good choice of fabric and the finishing touches really show the care and craftsmanship that’s gone into it. The outfit looks even better than expected and fits beautifully. The packaging was great too as i have received many parcels in the past creased which can take a lot away from the outfit. All in all I would happily recommend Izza and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

    I couldn't be more pleased with my Mother of the Bride outfit. To be fair the photos just don't do it justice. I've included a picture of how it looked on line. It is beautiful! Great value for money. This particular outfit comes with dress (nearly ankle length), jacket, trousers and duppata. The colours are great and match wonderfully with the outfits of the rest of the wedding party. The embroidery is just wonderful. I'm a size 20/22 and the XXL fits me well. Whilst twice the size of the model, I still feel like a Queen in my outfit. There were delays with the delivery, 6 weeks became nearly 8 but it was worth the wait. Lines of communication were kept up well through WhatsApp, and Izzza were good to their word. I couldnt be happier.

    Return items in good condition but he"'s putting false accusations, that the dresses have make-up stains on them. I don't wear make-up took pictures before returning items Now he won't refund me. Reported him to Trading Standards... With all the evidence I had. I hope he gets what he deserves. All the pictures I've uploaded DO NOT HAVE MAKE-UP ON, any of the dresses. Which part of the dress you you see with make-up stains?........ Why don't you try uploading your pictures you lying merchant? Is this how you earn your living, by conning people like me? YOU CON TRADER.....

    Very rude. I ordered a dress from them which was £69.99 - the quality was way too low to be priced that high. I've attached images below - the dress was fraying and had a rip in the sleeve. I contacted them for a refund and the only respond I was given was "did you take it back to the store" I couldn't take it to the store because I have 5 children to look after and its on the other side of sheffield. I don't have time to be making trips there when there's a chance they could reject a refund. So I emailed them and after that one response they gave, they never responded back after that even after so many follow up emails that I sent. Then, I had enough, so I contacted my bank for a refund. My bank told me to send the dress back to their store and I'll be given a refund. I contacted gulnaz to let her know that I've had to go down this route now, and this time she gave me a response back RIGHT AWAY, telling me she's going to reject the refund from the bank and that it was my fault because apparently she offered me an exchange but I didn't send the dress back. As a Muslim woman, you should know better than to lie. I asked you for proof of you telling me to send the dress back and yet you didn't provide me with proof. They have a ridiculous refund policy - but thankfully my cheap fraying dress was included in their policy so my bank will be getting this money back from me. I will now be avoiding this company. If they had only communicated with me and gave me a refund on this dress, I would have been a regular customer ordering from them online. Never again. *JUST A QUICK EDIT AS A RESPONSE TO THIS STORE OWNERS RESPONSE* Owner is a huge liar. I never once said I would have a family member drop the dress off. I told her that I will see if I can come in. Owner told me that if I want, I can just email her - WHICH I DID. She gave me zero responses whatsoever and did not respond until I told her I've had enough and had to get my bank involved. The only reason the owner is responded to my review now after several days is because the bank has seen that she has no proof of responding to me and has thankfully issued me a refund. She even sent me an email with her phone number in it saying that she wants me to contact her and that she's upset about the review I left her. What an absolute joke! Thank god my bank was able to see through her lies.

    I have order Izzza 3PC Luxury Banarsi on line. I am size 8UK and size XS fits perfectly without being too tight. The owner called us asking if we were sure about sizing what was so nice. I am definitely happy with the quality of dress and with customer service as well. I will recommend this website.

    Lovely customer service. I bought a beautiful dress for my friends wedding which was very affordable. The lady at the shop went out of her way to help me. I was searching for a headpiece and she said if can't find one anywhere she can bring me one from her home. Highly recommend this place!!

    Please don’t buy from this company. They send you items that look different from the advertised photos and then don’t bother to refund you. The owner has now blocked me after I asked for a refund. I understand that other customers have experienced this too - please read those reviews. The owner states she takes all feedback seriously but continues to run a business that lacks ethics and honesty. Update: A lot of FB groups are now aware of the seller and have decided not to purchase from her. Avoid!

    What an amazing experience. My suit was designed from scratch by a picture I had. The results were amazing, the suit is so beautiful. Wonderful customer service, it was so easy to communicate with them and I was put at ease throughout the process. Excellent service would highly recommend this shop.
