   I visited River Island at Meadowhall, Sheffield to buy a suit, and I had such a great experience! One of the staff member Becky, was absolutely amazing — extremely polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She made sure I found the perfect fit and offered great styling advice with so much patience. It’s rare to meet someone who provides such excellent customer service. Thanks to her, my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store — and if you can, ask for Becky!

   I hardly ever leave reviews but I just wanted to say thank you for the brilliant experience in store yesterday evening. I had been looking for an outfit for a wedding for hours and having a rather miserable time doing so when I came into store. I saw a dress, went to try it on and my first observation was how gorgeous the changing rooms were- it makes such a difference to walk in and have someone welcoming at the entrance, and then for the space to feel clean, tidy and just look the part. I tried the dress on and wasn’t too sure so I went to ask if I could try it in another size, the lady on the changing rooms was really helpful, even though she was super busy and went to get me the other size. I decided to get the dress, then looked for some shoes and again was helped out by a lady at the till, who was again, super friendly and helpful even though she was manning the till and checking sizes for another customer. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a nuisance even though the store was nearly closing. This was around 8:30-8:45pm and the date was sept 4th in case management reads this and wants to reward the girls. Thank you so much ! Off to a wedding feeling all confident.

   First time in River Island and it's certainly the best of everything. Its the perfect in between for prices and quality. My local branch is in Doncaster which I wasn't awear of, but Meadowhalls RI looks so inviting and warm. Bought a coat here and tried a few thing on. ✨

   Returned an item to this store on the 7th dec. It was an item purchased online and still waiting for a refund!! River Island have made various excuses as to why refund hasn’t be made, the blamed the item had been delayed getting to back to warehouse from the store, our bank. Very poor excuses! Will never shop on line from this retailer again !!!
