   Had a fantastic experience at Halfords on Nile street, was greeted by blanka straight away who was very welcoming. Even though It was meant to be a drop off and leave my car with them to check situation, blanka managed to get a mechanic free to see my car over very quickly which was excellent so I didn't need to go away and come back. Very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend visiting this Halfords because customer service was excellent.

   I had a great experience at Halfords Bolton. The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly from start to finish. We were given regular updates on our vehicle throughout the whole process, which really put our minds at ease. The work was completed on time as promised, and the overall service was professional and efficient. We will definitely be back in the future and will happily use this garage again. Highly recommended!

   Came Down last week to have 2 tyres fitted and was greeted by a lovely Lady and Gentleman I believe they were called Blanka and Tom. They offered me somewhere to sit and a lovely hot drink whilst I waited for the technician Andre to fit my tyres. Was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely Brilliant service would highly recommend coming to this autocentre and I will definitely be using them more often in the future. Thank you and what a wonderful Team you guys are.

   I've been coming here for several years, recently it seems its gone down hill. My car went in for a service and MOT and they advised my battery needing changing as it was testing at 44% . I advised them the battery was less than a year old so would get it sorted at the Halfords store where I purchased it. I went in the store today and low and behold the battery was testing fine at 87%. To make it even worst the battery they were trying to get me buy was a stop start battery costing over £200 when I don't even have a stop start engine. Its left me wondering about other work they carried out and how essential it actually was. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

   I recently visited Halfords Garage to have two new tyres fitted, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. A special shoutout to Blanka and Tom — both were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their warm and genuine approach really made me feel valued as a customer. While I was there, I mentioned that I had a small leak on my exhaust and asked if they could take a quick look. Not only did they fit my tyres perfectly, but they also went above and beyond — the technician inspected the exhaust, tightened it up with some new bolts, and completely sorted the issue for free! I was absolutely blown away by their generosity and willingness to help without any extra charge. It’s rare to find a garage that genuinely cares about its customers the way this team does. The technician did a fantastic job, and my car feels great now — no more exhaust noise! I can’t thank Blanka, Tom, and the whole team enough for their amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work and highly recommend this Halfords Garage to anyone who wants honest, professional, and friendly service. Best wishes Mark

   I had breaks for life cover. I was disappointed with the cover. I was only covered if changed the brakes disc as well. It was not what expected from halfords. It a con- break for life cover. It cost me £250 to change 4 break pads... Will mot used them again..

   Halfords Autocentre Bolton Nile street have been amazing from start to finish. Brought a car in as the garage I bought it from have been useless. Paul couldn't do enough to help. Constantly kept me updated with all progress on the car and explained clearly exactly what was wrong. Could not recommend enough!

   They used to be good but not anymore, they charge me £549 for two disk and pads for e class when I complain about price then they ll refund £134 so don’t trust on their price for parts always check on euro car parts, they are more expensive then dealer, second my engine light came just after major service from them. Never use again

   Great garage and very helpful staff, Tomas was amazing, I had very costly repairs with a car I recently bought and the warranty company barely helped in covering the cost. Once the work was completed, I was offered an additional service at no cost. I would highly recommend this garage. Thanks, guys.
