   Went in without an appointment hoping someone would be able to help with a battery issue. Carl couldn't help but he went out of his way by helping me get it fixed at a nearby branch. Entirely last minute when basically every garage was saying I'd have to wait until after the new year. I will absolutely be returning here

   Misdiagnosed my car. Told me my blower motor and resistor had broken. Tried to charge me close to £600 to repair. Told me parts weren’t available on the same day, yet I bought them both myself afterwards at GT on the same day, only later to find out a 7.5A fuse had blown and it wasn’t the motor or resistor at all. Seems like they wanted to just charge me, change the fuse themselves and make out like they changed the motor and resistor and I’d pay £600 without even knowing. Really disappointed that as a garage they didn’t even bother to check a simple fuse issue before anything else.

   The guys at F1 were terrific. I had booked for 2 tyres on line. Soon as I arrived I was greeted profesionally and they confirmed all my details and checked which wheels the tyres were to be fitted.They completed the job in under an hour. I had requested a FREE alignment check on line , which they carried out. I was pleasntly surprised with the honesty from them, instead of the expected " oh it just needed a slight adjustnment that be £20 " I was informed that the tracking was all good and I was good to go after issuing me with my reciept. Overall an excellent service from start to finish, I can highly recommend F1 Auotocentre Bolton.

   Great work from Ben and his team from Formula One. Called to get two new tyres fitted and to sort out my heat shield.. the work was priced up and carried out in quick time enabling me to get back on the road! Polite at all times. Have booked to get my brakes done also as they are competetively priced. Great work guys!

   For MOT and full service it was originally cost £260, however as my car is 6 years old, three additional items were added and it totals £350. I am still considering it's a bargain as formula one provides a speedy service and I can get my car back just after 2 hours. The manager, Deanne is very friendly and their services is just excellent. I can recommend you go no where but here for service and MOT.

   Turned up out of the blue on BANK HOLIDAY with exhaust issues. Josh and Paul checked it and found the issue ( mid and possibly rear exhaust section) and even tried several different parts suppliers to try and get job done while I waited. Even said both parts may not be required once exhaust mid section is removed. Have given me worst case scenario on cost but could be cheaper. Booked in for tomorrow. Will report back...so far well impressed.

   Quite possibly the worse garage I’ve ever had my vehicle taken to… after asking a friend to take my car in for a few jobs I noticed a coupe of issues after. 1- charged for full service when inspected after all that was completed was oil and filter change. 2- pads put onto warped discs resulting in only 30% contact And uneven wear to the new pads. (Why wasn’t this noticed by mechanic when my mechanic spotted this straight away)! 3–three new tyres fitted (tyres are great not issue with them) however wheels nuts not torqued at all, in fact my mechanic snapped 2 sockets removing the nuts. The condition of the breaks was not just shocking but dangerous that was my mechanics words. Stay away people.

   Not sure about their other centres. The one I have been to has youthful subject matter experts who are also friendly. They tolerated my chatterbox attitude and showed tremendous patience as they appreciated my Boris Johnson impressions. Sense of humour with skillful service is a great combination. They went far out their way to do bits and bobs that helped me pass MOT and they were absolutely strict and professional about their standards. I am very much impressed. And I believe I will never have to think twice if I need their service. I shall feel safe behind the steering wheel knowing I have my MOT done by skilled professionals.

   Did my service. Happy with the service received apart from the how clean they left my car. It’s a white car. Oil stain in the bonnet, oil stain in my driver’s carpet. I need to remove those now. Hopefully it will come off.
