We've been in Fat Face twice recently and bought quite a few items for a holiday. Really nice quality clothing. Love the swim shorts and bikini top and costume I bought , all match lovely. Shirley was really nice and helpful while we were trying clothes on , getting other sizes for us to try . Would definitely recommend this shop
Followed my wife in the Meadhall store as men do! Noticed a swearshirt in the mens section but they didnt have my size. They checked their general stock and it was good so ordered late afternoon and delivered the next day. Very friendly helpful staff, thank you.

I was shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding. I had tried all the usual shops with no luck and hadn't found any of the other shops very welcoming. We then walked past FatFace and in the door way was a gorgeous red and cream print dress. The shop was set out with matching items that would make shopping so much easier. I walked inside looking for a changing room, a friendly member of staff with short hair showed me the changing rooms (amazing space and very clean too!) After I'd tried it on I went to the till to another friendly member of staff, again very polite. The first lady came across asking how I'd got on and complimented me on my purchase. I'd just like to say thank you to this lady, I hate shopping and was beginning to give up and go home from the experience from other shops. I really needed the boost from your kindness. The shop smelled great too!

Great clothes, always helpful staff. Nice clean, bright new shop. They even arrange free delivery or pick up at another branch if, like us you are shopping for presents. It's always a bonus to be able to see and touch the clothes before you buy.
The store is a reasonable size but the men's section is rather small. Worth trying the branch in town if you can't find what you want. Prices can be quite high, but there are regular sales and the quality of the clothing is good.
