   These guys MOT’d my Merc E350 yesterday. They were pleasant and booked my car in no problem when I called. I dropped it off they were friendly , Knowledgeable and said they’d call me when complete . On returning to the garage I was told it passed Whoop whoop, I told them I would write something nice here and get them some biscuits! All in all, it was a nice easy experience taking the car to them and they fast , efficient and friendly. They’ll see my car again , but hopefully not too soon! Car troubles or MOT due , give them a call , I’m glad I did. And search you tube for zippy from rainbow with Carmen Electra, relevant and quite funny. 10/10 pleasure to do business with

   I've been using Carmen Autos for the past decade and cannot fault them at all. They've fitted me in at short notice on several occasions, and I've found them to be open and honest and nothing has ever been too much trouble. I've recommended to family, and they've felt the same. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

   Just asked for some help with service history on a car they had serviced, they obviously have no system for keeping records and they said they cant release details because of data protection which is complete rubbish as i own the car and all i want to know is relevant to the car not the previous owner. his parting words were SUE ME IF YOU WANT!! I would go here if i were you!!

   I would NEVER go here again! One of the mechanics, he will know who he is, very ignorant and rude, no customer service skills whatsoever! Quoted £300 for work to my car, which then turned into £454??!! Money making garage. I told them I didn’t want their service and took my car away. Lesson learnt. Just glad I wasn’t sucked up by their ridiculous prices!!
