After ordering a small bottle of fragrance oil that cost £3.75 in the sale, it arrived in an extremely oversized box, totally inappropriate for the bottle.
Allowed me to purchase an item no longer in stock. Didn't tell me item was no longer in stock I had to chase them to get a refund for the item I was never going to receive
Only 1 item of my order turned up. still awaiting the 2 other items - it's nowhere to be seen, also and UNFORTUNATELY if I had known the White company use Evri I would never have placed an online order. complained on White Company site and funnily enough no one has responded, Suprise!!! I have been chasing daily for well over a week and going around in Circles, from looking at online messages looks like some sort of scam going off with parcels going missing. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, The worst.
Pop in occasionally to look for Christmas gifts etc, there is always something suitable for what I'm looking for. Products always seem good quality.

We love the White Company and their products are always of a high quality. The shop is open and has a welcoming but airy feel to it. The staff are friendly and happy to help but I haven't ever been hassled when I've gone into the shop.
