Absolutely awful customer service. Wouldn’t let me exchange some Christmas Presents that don’t fit for different sizes as I was 2 days past the cut off. Manager refused to speak to me. Emailed customer services who were also absolutely useless even though I explained they were Christmas presents that it is my fault as when they were bought the terms and conditions were on the receipt. I explained several times they were Christmas presents and I didn’t have the receipt. I explained I wasn’t able to get to the shop before the cut off due to work but still a no from them. Awful customer service.
Came here with my husband who is deaf and autistic last weekend and the manger was rude to us. (Saturday 17th). We were paying at the tills and she stormed round to my husband who was stood by the till rather than in front of it and she asked him to move. (No please or thank you) and he didn’t hear… neither did I because the lady serving us was talking to us about our day. Because we didn’t hear, the manager then rudely said “I need to be in there can you move” I muttered that it was rude and the look on the lady’s face who was serving us knew we weren’t happy. She gave us 10% discount and apologised and wished us to enjoy the rest of our day. The manager needs a bit of training, not everyone is able bodied it can read a situation. Please retrain to support public with additional needs. Thank you to the lady serving us who paid attention and tried to resolve the situation.
Great clothing but displayed very close together making it hard to look around when busy
The large size was out of stock for the majority of items..Yellow pub lighting inside the store which makes the colour of clothes confusing..staffs are nice.. Good selection.. Went to buy a bomber jacket.. The large size was out of stock so I purchased it online....
So much to look at, plenty of sale racks spaced out so it doesn't feel like a jumble sale. Staff approached us, lovely decor, quality clothes
Good superdry shop here, free parking is always a bonus but the store is great, always seem to have new stock and not as squashed in as some of the stores. Good range and don't stock much of the junk noone wants.
