Very disappointing experience at Zara Meadowhall today. I was already at the self-checkout around 5:55 pm, before the 6 pm closing time, when a security guard shouted at us repeatedly to leave the store. His behaviour was rude, dominant, and completely unprofessional, causing unnecessary embarrassment in front of other customers. There is no excuse for shouting at customers. I hope management addresses this and improves staff conduct.

The staff in the changing rooms were so rude and when I was inside the just come in and open the curtains while your changing in there, or peek inside. I find the really inappropriate! I am very upset with this childish and rude behaviour! I am not willing to come here again. They are such show offs with some cheap things. Also in the changing rooms they tell you to hurry up. I will take as long as I would like to get changed. That's the whole point of a changing room, it's so you can try things on and see if you like it or not. Not being hurried and told to get out. Manager, you need to have a serious word will your workers and teach them how to behave to costumers and be polite.

I visited the Zara store in Meadowhall to return an online order. I wasnβt sure which QR code to scan at the self-service return machine, so I approached a staff member for help. Unfortunately, the staff member at the counter seemed irritated that I asked and didnβt even let me finish my sentence , she just pointed at the self-service machine and said, βItβs just over there,β with a rude expression , I said i know that , and tried explaining again which she totally ignored and just assumed I didnβt know how to use the machine. She called over a colleague who was also dismissive and didnβt listen to what I was asking. Instead of simply clarifying which QR code to use, she abruptly said she would process the return at the till. The whole interaction felt rude and unhelpful, which really ruined my shopping experience. I expected a more courteous and attentive level of customer service.

Experienced rude customer service whilst shopping today. Tried on a jumper in front of one of the mirrors over my t shirt. I had witnessed many customers in the shop do the same during this time and not one shop assistant stopped them. I was approached by a lady who worked there who sharply told me it was inappropriate to be trying on the jumper outside of the changing rooms. I had witnessed a man take his top off to try on another top in the store and not one worker made a comment. I wouldnβt have minded her saying it if it wasnβt said in a condescending rude tone and if other customers were also being told the same.

Massive shop with a great selection of clothes, saw something I liked and had it in had but had to dash to meet family so left it where I was stood on a table. Went back a hour later and asked a lady who worked there to help me find it and she helped me around the shop to see if we could see them again and I found the shorts, great customer service. Shop was clean and well organised even on a busy Saturday

I love this store, almost every time I find something. the staff is always helpful. Most of the time it is crowded and you have to wait a bit at the checkout.

Very busy, but one lady took the time to go upstairs and find the item I wanted. So I bought 2 because she was so helpful. Great ambassador. Staff on self-serve checkouts was swamped, but he still took the time to smile and be polite. As I would gave expected. I rate 5. Great.

Find the customer service at this store absolutely shocking and would have given it 0 stars. After waiting over 20 minutes to be served, the item I wanted was priced differently and when I informed the sales assistant she simply said that the item/ size I had did not have a price on it so she had to go with the price on the till. I pointed out that there are other sizes with a price on it and offered to show her. She still refused to except the difference in price. I then asked to speak to a manger, the manager asked ME to go get the other one to show the price and when I did he told me he would only sell me the one with price on it and that I would have to pay more for the one I wanted! Why make me walk to the other side of the store and not listen to what I had said before saying "that's fine I shall sort that out for you". The price difference was only Β£4 but I was so annoyed and disappointed by the service I had received, I just walked way. Never shopping in Zara again as I do not wish to spend my money in a place with such services!!!

A complete chaos 26.06.22! They had a good sale on, I took a while walking round picking a few bits out as you do only to be told that the changing rooms are closed. Oh great I thought. Some sort of leak apparently. Although the 2 changing rooms are located at separate ends of the shop, but they were both effected by the leak. But of course only the changing rooms were effected, the rest of the shop was absolutely fine. Get it together guys, stop being lazy. This great idea of yours ended up causing a 30+minute queue to the tills. Half of those people coming with returns as they just went to a different shop to try their clothes on and returned if they didn't fit, like I did. You just created more hassle than its worth. Anyhow, I have waisted 60+ minutes in Zara just standing in a queue. Should of just closed the shop altogether if you weren't bothered that day.

The self check outs were worse than useless. The AI element was good, but still needed staff interface to take off tags, deactivate tags, help with use of tills, for instance having to leave items in box until payment made to obtain a receipt. All This created long queues. Could do better
