   If you're bringing old clothes for recycling, be careful at H&M. I brought six bags today, the same size I've had for the last three years, and the person working there (curly hair) only scanned three coupons. It's sad that H&M pays its employees so little that they have to do "this kind of thing" to make extra money.

   Clothes seem decent enough however the check out system is flawed, with a large line waiting for the check out we were promoted to use self check out. However no where is a sign telling you to remove the hidden ink tags or even how to do it. We had left the shop only to later find the tags and had to go back to the store to have them removed.

   In general, the quality of the clothes at H&M has reduced yet the prices have stayed the same or inflated. Staff were friendly and the store was clean but the clothes were uninspiring and bland. Where did it all go wrong, I wonder.
