Very reminiscent of the food back in Hong Kong! Absolutely worth the reasonable price and portions are very generous. The shrimps and stir-fried vermicelli were particularly flavourful, as well as the various hearty soups offered there. Please give this takeaway shop a try for some genuinely authentic Hong Kong dishes!
I've only ever had take away. They have been closed for renovations. Prior to this they were not a sit down place. Food is always fantastic. Best Chinese take away. Worth the price.
Really disappointed with this take away. Their quality used to be excellent now it's beyond horrendous. Today I had a chicken ball that was not cooked properly and was pink in the middle. Sure fire way to give your customers food poisoning! They also missed off my drink and had to call them back to deliver it. NEVER ordering from New Imperial again.
Really lovely food, which was delivered fresh and hot. The batter was really light and crispy and the satay, nice and spicy.

Useless, really long delivery time over 1 and a half hours. Food was cold and not particularly tasty. They should give up.
The food is not bad, but an example if I ask for rice with vegetables, I hope there are vegetables, not just rice with half a mushroom and half an onion. The rice with chicken, just bring rice and you might find the chicken.
