Ordered a take away on Christmas eve, said delivery 1 hour but came in 35 mins so very impressed. Food was all good sized portions, hot and fresh, everything tasted great, will definitely order from here again!
Quality of food has gone down massively, up to 2hr waiting time and consistently incorrect orders. This place was once amazing but you couldn't pay me to eat from here.

I always get the chicken chow mein and mini vegetable spring rolls from here, and I have done for 10+ years. It's always tasted the same, and it's always so delicious! The price is very reasonable for the portion sizes. The staff who work here are so friendly and even gave my 5 year old son a free fortune cookie as we were leaving! The wait times are also so short every time we order. I didn't pre-order by phone last time, and from walking in to receiving my food, it was around 15 mins! What more can you ask for :) Thank you new loon sing for continuously being amazing!
Ordered via UberEats and food arrived much faster than expected and was hot and fresh! Portion sizes are generous and a great ratio of meat and veg. Have ordered a few times now and would recommend to anyone.
Best Chinese food I have ever had. Whenever I stay in Slough at the in-laws house, I insist on a Chinese night. Nothing in my local area compares. I would definitely recommend and if you do collection you will be having dinner within 45 minutes!
This used to be a decent place but has gone down hill. The front waiting area was dirty, full of boxes of takeaway containers and those god awful delivery drivers bags piled on the table. The food was poor, I had the sweet and sour pork, and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil.
The customer service lady on the on the phone was delightful to speak with. The food arrived late but was delicious and hot. The only con regarding my order/delivery was the driver, he was beyond rude and disrespectful. My property has a lift and he told me that his wasn't my slave when I asked him to come to my front door and he didn't hand my receipt when I asked him for it, he just walked away. I did call the restaurant and it seems as though they are aware of his behaviour. I hope they do sort this out asap as this will deter future customers like myself. Who would want the hassle of dealing with a disrespectful delivery man after paying for delivery services, Not Me! Not when it'll cost less money for a better service from other places. But the food is good I did enjoy the food as my first chinese food experience in slough.
First time I've ordered from New Loon Sing. This will now be my go to for Chinese food. Evert dish was perfect and whole family loved all their choices. Portion sizes are large, well priced and the order delivered quickly. Stuffed and happy ketch household, thank you....
Ordered enough food so that I could have what’s left for lunch tomorrow, but the food was so good I ate it all tonight ha! Very friendly on the phone too
