Do not order from here. Ordered a dressing table that was totally damaged. Been fighting daily to get a response from their customer service for 2 weeks - across email Instagram and Facebook - and constantly ignored or asked the same questions over and over again. Product is a Christmas gift and un-giftable in the state itβs in. So far have been offered a Β£6 store voucher for a product worth Β£90β¦even though itβs totally damaged. Laughable - donβt want to buy anything else from this terrible company thanks!

This place used to be great. I would not order from them again after speaking to their advisor Pablo. Still waiting for my refund. Contradictory information on their website as shown to advisor who didn't comment. Their service is absolutely atrocious now. Their advisor Pablo is rude and obnoxious and of no help whatsoever. When I pointed out Vertbaudet's mistake, he just says, "well theres nothing else that can be done". By far, the poorest advisor I have ever spoken to. I have no idea how he got this job! Vertbaudet were sending emails to my husband who is not registered on my account and confirmed many times. He had his own account many many years ago that doesn't even work anymore. I tried to get them to send emails to me but instead Pablo can't figure it out why my account emails are going to my husbands email. All info asvisor read was only my info so correct but obviously something is wrong with their system from their side which is why my emails are going elsewhere. Sent proof to customer service email they are not coming to me and going to my husbands email instead. He suggests we have a shared email account???? (How on earth does that work?!!!) Instead he tells me to make another email address or use my husbands email by taking his password! Bizarre, inappropriate and terrible customer service from Pablo who hung up on me as he didn't want to try to help be ause he couldn't figure out what was happening. Vertbaudet standards have truly dropped significantly because of their advisors. And for Pablo, get out of this job. You are no good as an advisor for customers.

Appalling, item returned, and still waiting for refund after 2 weeks, checked website and FAQ's quote it can take 15 days to receive an item back, and then another 60 days to process refund. Thieves.

Do not purchase from her. I purchased the castle, it was missing piece and 90% of items were chipped or damanaged. When I rang and asked for an exchange or the missing piece it was told they wonβt take it back and can only offer me a 10% gift voucher?

Own brand wooden items are absolute junk. We bought the wooden dishwasher and itβs badly designed and poor quality materials. Broke within the first week despite careful use. Would not buy own-brand items from this company ever again. I complained and all they did was apologise for their item breaking. Completely useless customer service completed the terrible experience.

I love the clothes from this site, absolutely beautiful and completely different to what you can get in the UK. The quality is outstanding too. Yes it takes a long time for delivery but it is very clear that they are based in France and we are all aware of the Customs delays since leaving Europe. I buy for both my son and daughter and the quality is far superior to any equivalent priced British brands.

I love the quality of the clothing, in particular the underwear is exceptionally good. The orders do take some time to arrive but I have never had to exchange or return anything, they are always correct. One thing I would like to see is more girls clothes without frills/sparkles/pink/sequins/unicorns. Also the 'indestructible' fleece lined trousers are fantastic but only go up to age 8. Also some girls sleeveless or short sleeved thermal vests please.

Update: just would like to update that I did receive the item that I ordered on 24.09.2022. The jacket for my daughter arrived today in the afternoon. The jacket is the perfect size 7-8yrs old and the colour & quality is very good. I was very apprehensive during the last 15 days, thinking I wouldn't receive my order after reading a lot of reviews about this company. However, I did receive my order but it took 15 days. I would politely suggest that the company provides more information and updates regarding tracking as there was no information via email or text. In addition there needs to be more better communication and customer service. Thank you for my order

I ordered a sit on toy for my Granddaughter's first birthday. Took 2 weeks to arrive, but I'd ordered in plenty of time, so not a problem. However when the tricycle arrived, I was shocked to see it was packed in a box, and needed assembling. No mention of this on the website, and at a cost of Β£65 I was astounded. I contacted customer services, and they have been spectacularly unhelpful, giving me advice such as 'look on our website commitment page, a small section about packaging might prove helpful in future', seriously are they kidding. I also asked how to leave feedback for the item, and was told a bare faced lie, that there was no provision for customer feedback, and yet every item on their site, does indeed have a feedback section (although I notice it is not used). I had to pay a handyman today to assemble the tricycle, another Β£20 to the already outrageous price I'd paid for the item. It took him 30 mins to put together, and he had all the tools needed, so goodness knows how I would have fared myself. Do yourself a favour and buy British, this is a French company, and they couldn't care less for customer service.

I don't usually write reviews but after reading all the negative comments, I wanted to express my very positive experience with this company. Ordered a toy box, cushion and storage boxes. All arrived after 6 days of ordering. Great products, I was kept up to date with the delivery via the website, and was aware of the 2 hour delivery slot on the day. Very well made toy box, good clear instructions and very easy to assemble. Can't fault them! I didn't need to contact customer service or send anything back which I can see from other reviews people have had problems with, but with regards to the time scale and quality I can't see a fault! Would order again :)
