This place used to be my favourite takeaway. The last few years. I’m not sure if it’s changed hands but it’s not half as good anymore. The portions are smaller and the general quality of food has gone down.
The last twice I’ve ordered from here the food hasn’t been good. I always get the same dishes and they are not up to scratch. I don’t know if they have changed the chef. But I won’t be using them again. The Crispy chilli beef was soggy last time we had it!
The food is good but delivery was very extremely late which is not expectable.
Chow mein bland, zero taste and rubbery beef. Chicken dumplings under cooked and cold. Do not order from here, they do not know what they are doing.
Ordered vegetable chow main no onions and guess what was in a part from the noodles. Correct, just onions! Not a single piece of broccoli.
The best sweet and sour, but the service is horrible. Horrible in the next level. I ordered food from here since a while. But all of a sudden they started to cancel my orders. Last night I said let's call them and ask, what's wrong. The lady said they have only two drivers. But the boss said if I pay by cash they can do it. I don't really understand. It means if I pay by cash they will have more drivers? Or they just avoid paying tax, this is why the cash. Disgusting service. I have no choice but to report this place
Have to say this is the worst Chinese food I’ve ordered. Quality is poor, as for flavour…. I’ve had better from Iceland.
I would regularly order from the app & from them over the phone. Some times big orders over £100 for family birthdays. Food is always good but the staff on female on the phone/ front desk has no customer service. After years of ordering I will no longer use you. I am not sure how dishes that are £6.70 online are £7.40 when you phone to order. When asked what she can’t answer. Also when I picked up an order a last month for over £120 for a family birthday she said we are not entitled to the free dish. This is the offer for sled collection & paying cash. We got in after saying to cancel the order. It’s a shame as every small business needs repeat customers atm. I wish them luck as this is the worst service I have had from them in all the years I have used them.
Spent £123 cash was told no free dish yet a sign up stating over £50 free dish. Was told you had to call in or just turn up , online ordering not acceptable. Did get it in the end.
Nice food. Quite pricy. Did the same thing we always do where you order enough for 8 when only 4 of us. Warmed up a treat the next day.
