   It doesn't matter when you go to this branch, there is always a massive queue and barely anyone on the tills. They added two self-service tills upstairs - great idea - but they were both closed yesterday. I went downstairs and shock, 15+ people queuing to be served by the one staff member. Numerous times now I've not had time to queue on my lunch break and just left without buying anything. I see staff members chatting to each other in the middle of the shop when they could surely be helping speed things up.

   I needed some help looking for dresses as me and my family are attending a wedding in the summer so we were looking for a dress for my daughter who is 9 years old and the staff member Lucy was so helpful she showed us all of the dresses that were available including shoes and accessories, she then served us at the till and she was so kind and patient will definitely return

   I visited to return clothes and buy jogging trousers for a child. The children's rails were overfilled so it was difficult to root through to find different sizes. The sizes weren't given on the hanger, so you had to look at labels, where the sizes weren't written in big enough typeface. The labels were also hidden inside garments rather than placed somewhere easily read. I would have spent more money if it had been easier to shop here.

   H&M today was clean , friendly and offering some good price deals on their clothing there was a nice range of things in to tempt and you can bring in a bag of clothes and textiles and get a £5 voucher which is great !

   Been wanting some women's shorts that don't show my whole bum and this was the only place I could find knee length denim shorts which will be perfect for my holiday! An okay sale selection, plenty to look at and stays open late enough for me to pop in after work.

   Good variety of clothes and sizes, two changing rooms that never have queues however the upstairs till rarely has anybody operating it and consequently the downstairs one has a queue most the time

   I hadn't really looked around far in this store, till I had a look through their web page , yesterday. I didn't realize they had such a good size range...They had a good sale on, I sought assistance from Josh who was very helpful, while obviously very busy, he took the time to assist. I tried on some stuff, but what I wanted was web page exclusive. So I had to go home and buy from there .it was a positive experience. There is a lift for people who need it...the escalator is very narrow tho.
