   Delivered my vehicle into the garage early this morning for mechanical repairs. On arrival i was welcomed by muz who confirmed details with me regarding the repairs to be carried out. He was very pleasant to deal with as was the receptionist mikayla. This was the first time that I have used the services of this company, all in all I found the whole experience a very professional and pleasant service indeed.

   I've taken all my cars here since I moved to the local area about 7 years ago. They are honest, reliable and I would highly recommend them for any works on your car not just MOT and service! Lovely company, lovely knowledgeable people, overall very, very satisfied customer. Would give 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Just had my major service completed for my car including spark plugs, gearbox service and 4 new tyres. Managed to get booked in with only 48 hours notice and they collected and delivered it back to me while I was still at work. Very efficient service and reasonably priced compared to others.

   Bought a car last month- engine light come on. The Cars been back 3 times now and had to get the car recovered back to then. Manager is useless doesn’t respond to messages, the sales guy is useless again doesn’t respond to calls or emails and the girl who rung to ask if I’m happy and would sort it out again didn’t ring back. Would not recommend spend your money elsewhere. Oh and the log book was only sent off for my car today. Joke of a place. Avoid.

   I've got my MOT done here few weeks ago that resulted in one of my tyres getting changed. However when they returned my car I noticed the alloy was all scratched and the trim was missing from my car. I've email regarding this to see if they could return the trim to me bur received no answer. I wouldn't recommend.

   Very poor customer service! The reception area is a very dirty and untidy area, I think this must double up as the mechanic's rest area. So as first impressions go it's quite concerning, a gut feeling I unfortunately ignored. They don't / didn't call to let me know about the work they were going to do (only went for a £50 Mot) £170+ later it's had an engine service. Your car won't be presented to you in a nice clean state unlike the majority of garages I've used in the past, it will be dumped outside on a busy road on a grass verge in large puddle, under a tree covered in bird sh*t! So all in all a VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE! They do advertise a free mini valet (they don't bother).So you will need to get your car valeted and cleaned after it's been here, as there's No evidence of mechanics using seat or footwell protection, just the lovely aroma of used engine oil! So up to you, have your pride and joy abandoned in a dirty state or go to a decent reputable garage that cares and does what they say.
