Took a new evoque in for its first service. Much cheaper and appreciated the fact he showed me the 2 filters that needed changing which normally places would just say they replaced them and you’re left thinking did they really need too. Service less than 2 hours.
I recently visited this tyre shop in need of a tyre repair. While I understand they were unable to assist me at the time due to a busy schedule, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. Upon arrival, no one acknowledged me or offered assistance, and the staff appeared preoccupied with their own tasks. Additionally, the individual who eventually spoke with me came across as rather blunt, which left a less-than-positive impression. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience for future visitors and that this was just a one off.

Went out to a flat tyre on my way to work, tried all the national companies, 2-3 days, drive in places same, these guys fitted me in at lunchtime and were brilliant, informative and reasonably priced

I took my car into the garage this week as I knew there were a number of things that didn’t feel right when I was driving but I wasn’t quite sure what was actually wrong. The guys at FTP Garage were brilliant they resolved all of the problems quickly and at a really competitive price! It felt like I was driving a different car when I drove home. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when my car needs a service or fixing.
