Chicken curry tasteless and tasted like a microwave meal. Other dishes ok but not great so such a shame.
They almost killed me , it clearly says no chilli yet they decided to Put chilli in the food which could’ve led to me having a huge asthma attack as I’m massively allergic to chilli. All they could offer was a sorry which is disgusting when it Could’ve been more dangerous should I not have been awake and seen the food. The severity of this is absolutely huge and I will be writing to the food standard agencies to ensure the restaurant is bought in front of the agency. as It could’ve been a lot worse. to offer an apology with no sort of compensation is absolutely shocking For the importance of the issue
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Our food took 2 hours to arrive and was missing many items. We repeatedly tried to call to find out where the food was and then to request the missing items but were not able to get through for 45 minutes. When someone eventually did answer, he hung up on me. I eventually got through to someone else and was told the missing items would be resent but after another hour, we have still not received them. Terrible service, will not be ordering from them again.
Decided to try this takeaway one weekday evening after the usual place I go to was closed. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! After ordering over the phone for delivery I was told I may have to wait 45 mins (which is fair enough). After a one and a half hours wait and a screaming hungry family. I was compelled to call up to see what was happening. To my horror the guy on the phone said that my order hadn't even been prepared yet, that they were busy, the delivery car had broken down and that they were unable to fulfil my order - Well thanks for letting for me know. I wonder how long I would have had to wait to receive a courtesy call informing me of the issues they were experiencing so I could make alternative arrangements? A more likely scenario is that I would have starved. I understand issues sometimes happen but the Customer Service was terrible, there was no contrition and no offers of any solutions. Instead I resorted to instant packet noodles which may have been a blessing in disguise considering the other poor reviews I have read here. I would much rather have made comments on the food but I'm only able to comment on the bad taste I have been left with and wont be offering a review on their food in future as I will not be spending my hard earned money on establishments that offer nothing to their Customers.
If I could give zero I would. Absolutely horrendous experience. Food swimming in oil, tasteless, chicken rubbery, sauce gloopy, meat smelt off and completely inedible!
As previous review, will not be ordering from here again. Ordered 3 dishes, took 85 mins and I live less than 5 mins from shop. Food edible but not good.
Worst Chinese food I've ever had, the rice is all stuck together in a massive grey plastic like clump, the king prawn chow mein is lacking any soy sauce or chow mein sauce, with under cooked and grey prawns. They refused to answer the phone when we called to complain and their excuse I quote "Google is wrong" when asked why they didnt answer the phone at 10pm ... they refused to refund us too ... best advice AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Diabolical- an hour after the promised delivery time, nothing had arrived. The restaurant tried to negotiate a 20% discount when called, but by then our guests were hungry. Used before, but gutted at the lack of updates and delay. Not recommended at all
Great disappointment! Placed a telephone order tonight and waited over 45 minutes before calling to see where it was. Was told the order had not been started as we had queried the dessert - this was not a query that should've stopped the order as we asked for toffee banana and was told they only do banana fritters - we said this was fine. On being told the price, we were surprised that it was £37 for 4 dishes and a rice - this was a meal for 2 so did not include a whole duck or similar!! However, we thought we had placed the order and set the table for dinner! No now Chinese and now waiting for Domino's delivery - avoid this restaurant at all costs - wish I had taken notice of the recent posts before ordering!!
