   Max was amazing at helping my husband find his perfect grooms suit! Great customer service and support. Ordered a suit in then changed our mind on the colour and type of suit easily changed for suit wanted the next day. Helped us find a decent seamstress also. Many thanks again Max

   This store is so incredibly well-staffed! My friend and I went there yesterday to buy some new clothes for him and when we entered we were greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner without any further pressure. We could browse freely without getting hassled and only when we were looking for the right size of a pair of pants, a member of staff approached and helped us. We both appreciated the members of staff so much as we dislike nothing more than going into a store and immediately getting pestered and pressured into buying something by weird sales tactics. That's so off-putting. Also they don't ask for your email address upon checking out, which is also a major green flag. Thanks a lot, Vault. We did enjoy shopping at your store and will definitely come back!

   Do not order from this company. The goods they send you are seconds . Either damaged or marked and when you try and contact them they don’t answer the phone and there is no email to contact them. This is what you will get off them.

   Absolutely brilliant staff. Great selection of the latest designs and styles. Good prices. And management are excellent. Always looked after me anyway and even told me I’m one of the best customers. That I can believe I spend a fortune in here lol. But all that been said and done, I really recommend this shop and have nothing bad to say about the place at all. Look forward to my next purchase from there. Cheers guys!

   Fantastic customer service from all 3 members of staff I spoke to today and the guy who served me at the till was lovely and chatty I shop here regularly for my son's as I've never had a bad experience. I work in retail myself and customer service is important to comment on positively. Well done and keep it up!
