This place couldn’t be any worse. Use to be a lot better. Disrespectful, inappropriate, bad mannered staff. Stood around looking disinterested. Barely make a sale through customer service and approach. Not much quality in store. Overpriced slightly. Just bad. Need to book their ideas up.
Shocking rude wouldn’t give a refund for faulty iteam sure this isn’t aloud returns policy no refund just a credit note.
First time in here today. Love the clothing range and ended up purchasing a couple of items. But never have I been made to feel more like a criminal for perusing clothes and trying them on. The miserable girl behind the counter needs to get her act together because if that's the best that they can do in customer service then Lord help us!
Rubbish Return policy and rude staff and worse manager. Bought a trouser 5 days ago but didn’t fit so wanted to return it. They started sniffing the trouser and claimed it was washed which is not true. I only worn it in the house to test it and it was in the closet all that time. They also won’t return your money, it’s exchange or credit note only.
Rude incompetent staff and the manager is worse! Bought some boots in-store, worn around the house for a few hours as they were leather and needed breaking in a little. Well they are not wearable as they hurt like he'll on the back of my feet. Anyway went to return said boots and no chance in hell here. There's no marks or wear n tear as I've only tried them on in the house. But they will not accept this. Totally disgusting behaviour so I'm basically left with a pair of pricey boots that I can't wear! Will not be shopping here again!
This place is a laugh totally shocking staff no empathy no intelligence just totally robotic,can see why they are so low paid. I would sack them all and as for explaining the 28 day no refund just credit note, watched them serve five people as I was getting yep credit not for a pensioner with hard of hearing that bought son a coat for Xmas no money back what a joke . They didn’t explain once to any of the five. I told a woman looking at a £150 coat that if it don’t fit you won’t get your money back well she put down went out of shop lol. 1 star is to much but can’t give zero. Shop online if informed in 14 days can have your money back if returned in 14 days
I bought last week a pair of shoes which turned to be totally uncomfortable. I was to return them to be refunded but was impossible because was weared. Of course was weared, other wise how you realise are uncomfortable. The person who was duty manager or something like that totally rude and impolite, like was my fault the product was inappropriate and low quality. About refunded....yeah, keep dreaming!
