   I am fuming. Took my son for his suit. They didn't have his size in store so went through the process of the employee ordering it in for me, paid for it to then receive an email 2 days later saying the items are not available. So, I've now got to wait for a refund which can take up to 10 working days. I dont have 10 working days to wait with his prom being next week. Don't go here unless they've got everything you need in store. Not impressed at all

   Thank you so much the the lady and young lad working on Monday 12th may. First time purchasing prom suit for my son. They both went above and beyond and super excited family for prom. Fantastic knowledge they had. Outstanding customer service even being last appointment. Can't thank you both enough. Highly recommend

   Been a couple times for a suit, Never a bad experience. Always had the same employee, Harjeet, serve me and has helped me out massively. Proper service! From getting measured up to the checkouts, whole purchasing journey was seamless.

   Arrived at the shop during opening hours 20 minutes before it closes. Only to be told by a middle aged woman with braided hair that the store closes in a few minutes as they “need to count money”. This is not good customer service especially when operating times are advertised. Luckily for me I went to a rival company at lakeside Doncaster and received great customer service even though it was near their closing time. I think suit direct lakeside Doncaster should teach their staff to display the same service. Very disappointed.

   Bought 3x Jeff Banks shirts for £40 absolutely great value and the shopkeeper was most helpful as I picked 2 shirts up he told me it was 3 for 2 and told me to get a free shirt. I will be back for sure

   Took my son to your store for a suit for a wedding he was attending.Spoke to Tom who was absolutely brilliant.Kitted him out from head to toe.Was the most relaxed and friendly service we've ever had so thankyou to Tom.Was very much appreciated.Will definitely recommend and be visiting again.
