   I wouldn’t recommend. The 2 times I have order I had issues. Reported a quality issue via email and got a reply to say phone up as they are short staffed, yet they emailed me back. Second time ordered and paid and heard nothing, emailed and called and nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal so reported via there, a week later the jeans turn up and another week later the seller replies via PayPal to say they had been away and had skeleton staff. They even gave me a tracking number for the parcel that I had already received. Very unprofessional

   What a nightmare purchased two pairs of crosshatch Jean's and the sizing is completely wrong but tying to return is a nightmare. Called three times and promised they would send out a return slip in 24 hours had nothing called back three days later and was told 48 hours still nothing after another 4 days I'm coming for my money back will see you soon

   The worst service I've encountered. If want cheap & quick despatch fine. I ordered several items from here & only one was as described. One item damaged & the rest were inferior quality & size to the point I thought they were fake goods. Sent various emails including pictures & measurements to which I had no reply! I contacted Ric to explain & he had no interest. Ric assured me he would check the product prior to dispatch if I ordered same product & guess what? Another pair of jeans two inches shorter than the label size arrived. I sent back returns to a promise of full refund including postage. No postage refunded & no recall of conversation conveniently. I urge anybody not to bother with this company & maybe this way they will have to improve to have the minimum standards of a useless retailer. zero stars!!

   They've sent my order to an address that I don't know anything about. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to emails good job I paid via PayPal so I'll be able to get my money back. So I've changed from 1 star to 3 star. The reason for this is because I managed to get in contact with someone on the phone. They explained that the email that I received with a tracking number was incorrect and wasnt my tracking number they then gave me the correct tracking number and my order showed up the same day. Reason for only 3 stars is they sent me someone else's tracking number and didn't correct the issue without me chasing them. As far as the Jeans are concerned they seem good quality but the leg is a little long. I'm 6'1 and I chose a regular leg length and they will need turning up an inch or so
