   Bought a suit for my mates wedding, came to put the suit on - noticed a mark on the tie (it wasn't the tie I'd requested either). The shirt was tailored fit yet I'd requested and tried on slim fit. Worst of all the jacket still had the security tag on it. So 15 minutes before being collected for the wedding I'm faced with a choice - go in joggers or wear half a suit. I chose the latter. I went back to Moss the next day to return the suit to Meadowhall which is an hour out my way and meant I missed a PT session at the cost of £40. This was the only time I had to return it. I was offered a refund of the jacket only because I had worn the trousers and waistcoat. This is not acceptable - I had no choice but to wear it, it was your mistake. Eventually this was accepted but upon leaving the store I realised the unworn tie and pocket square had not been refunded. I was told this could not be refunded as he'd already "done me a favour" on the suit. I can assure you that throughout this whole episode I've never once felt that someone had done me a favour. He then said he could not return it as I'd worn the items - the items that were still with their tags on. I already looked enough of a div without a suit jacket so I can assure you I did not need to wear a tie with a massive plastic tag on it for extra lols. The tie also had a mark on - your guy suggested that I could have put that on there - he essentially called me a liar. I had a timestamped photo which he demanded to see and I provided reluctantly. I don't enjoy being called a liar. Mistakes happen - it's how you deal with it. It's not my fault that you messed up - I liked the suit but when I can't wear half of it for the event I purchased it for you need to take responsibility. I didn't return the shirt because I was trying to be balanced but it wasn't even the right fit. I spent £20+ in fuel and lost a £40 PT appointment. I went to Moss because I thought it would be quick and fairly cheap compared to the suits I'd usually buy. It just turned out to be an expensive mess.

   We booked an appointment for 6 men for our wedding, and when we turned up they weren’t even expecting us. The prices online are not what the told us in store either which I thought was a waste of time. None of the staff appeared happy, or helpful, you could tell that they just wanted us out of here, if anything there pushed us to go else where, where we ended up purchasing the suits. Really let down by this, as something which should have been exciting was literally sucked out of us.

   Fantastic experience today at Moss Bros Meadowhall! Nick helped my two Groomsman and I and was super attentive and helpful with getting us exactly what we needed. He gave us recommendations on what would work and what might not work as well. Such as materials that might clash etc. I couldn't recommend the store or Nick enough.

   Came in store and was bamboozled with the sizes of a suit I saw online. Troy helped me for 35 minutes by going through and checking all his stock even so in Manchester so I could go home with the suit I saw online. Best customer service and amazing individual that goes above and beyond.

   Got my first custom suit today which was quite daunting at first, however store manager nick made the process smooth and enjoyable. The customer is deffinately the priority to the team, highly recommend!
