Rude staff. Waited upstairs to try on shoes, the member of staff avoiding helping, then went downstairs leaving no staff upstairs. Waited and then gave up. Informed a member of staff downstairs about this and he was rude and saying that they do have a member of staff upstairs (which they did not). Awful customer service.

Rude staff today! Travelled 30mins to buy some New Balance 327. Found the shoes & wanted to try on. No staff upstairs.. went downstairs no staff again. All this was fine.. but when i went to cash out the woman was so rude.. i said “sorry would it be possible to try some shoes on downstairs? I can’t find anyone”.. they response “well everyone is downstairs serving so…” i had to just turn around and walk out.. i didn’t even mind waiting but i’m not waiting around for someone to be rude.. definitely put off sports direct now with the disregard for customer service & prefer to just be rude for no reason. Need to find the shoes another day from a different company!

Absolutely disgusting!! Do NOT KNOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! I went to sports direct at fox valley today! The customer service is dreadful!! I went to buy an hat asked an older woman who works there if they had any they said “we have some more that front but I don’t think you can afford them!! A £20 hat apparently I couldn’t afford! Didn’t even buy anything because I was that appalled with their behaviour!! Would give 0 stars, definitely never going back

Very easy to access store. There is disabled parking just a few stores down. The isles are wide enough to get around in a wheelchair. The staff are super helpful and served me quickly. I bought kids trainers and sandals all half price in the sale so can't quibble 3 pairs of shoes for just over £40.Access at the rear of the shop is a bit more tricky but you can access the card machine to pay!
