Barbour staff was extremely helpful today with pointing out where the t shirts was that was my size and very helpful with showing me where the fitting rooms are chouldnt have been happier
Scotts this shop i call ben shermans only because i like the ben sherman style. This shop has a good range of ben sherman products plus other styles of clothes, clean and tidy staff very helpful and professional in their work.

Good choice of designer clothing at reasonable prices and with very friendly & helpfull staff nothing seemed too much trouble in finding the size I wanted unlike tessuti that I visited the same day the difference between the staff was chalk n cheese, will definitely be one of my first choices to visit the next time I'm in meodowhall. the attitude of staff really does play a huge part in my decision of were to shop and the staff here excelled

Between Scott’s Online and Hermes they are a complete joke! Two separate orders within 3 months of each other, same outcome! Order accepted, Order confirmed, Your order has been dispatched, Hermes - We have your order we will deliver, Hermes - We tried but you were out ( No you didn’t we were in the house all day ) No attempt to re deliver, contact Scott’s customer care after 48 hours same reply - parcel lost in transit, we will refund!!! No contact numbers to talk to anyone, no empathy, a useless parcel tracking service. Appalling, never ever again, that goes for JD Sports online too!
Despite the fact that the store has a good variety of clothing at fair prices, the staff can be extremely rude, the customer service is poor and the terms and conditions regarding returns is awful! I bought 3 tops last week, 2 for my kids and one for me. I asked for discount using my Blue Light Card and was told that I couldn’t have it on the tops for my kids as they had already been reduced BUT I could on the the top for me. I paid and was happy until trying mine on at home and it didn’t fit. Due to COVID-19 the changing rooms are closed at present. My wife took the top back today as I was in bed between night shifts. She was met by a rude chap who said I shouldn’t have had discount on my top as it had already been reduced (unbeknown to me) and therefore it was exchange only. He refused to give a credit note. This means I have to make a special journey to get it back within their 28 day period, rather than shop there at my leisure to spend my credit note. Once this top is exchanged, I will never set foot in that shop again! Their policies are poor, the staff are rude AND they were rude to my wife!!!
One of the best shops in meadowhall...good range of clothes and trainers...it can be hectic in there when there is a sale..but when there is a sale there are some proper bargains to be had...staff dont pounce on you in there asking if they can help..in saying that though l have always found staff in there proper helpful...managers have been great whenever l have had a problem or had to return something back...definitely a place to check out
