Went to change a jumper at next in the franchgate Doncaster, the sales lady was very rude and didn't believe me that I washed the jumper as said on the label, it shrunk and she says we hadn't washer properly. It was put on a 30 wool wash. I didn't want the money back but to change it, in the end she did change it for me but her attitude wasn't what I expected.

Where do you go from here, the staff on Menswear just never fail to shock. Older dude, two older ladies, never look up, never welcome you, just drabble customer service. When you're closed altogether and you just have that jumble sale at Lakeside and Wheatly Hall Rd, please look back and think of simple skills.

I will give this rating because there are no clothes in this shop. Even the next outlet shops have better clothes and choices than what this shop has. Is so annoying because next has a great variety of clothes and really nice ones, and this shop sells none of them. Is like they chose the worst from each category :(

The staff have always been really helpful when I've shopped in the children's dept. Asking if I need any help getting anything down from heights or if I want to order a size to store which they don't have in stock. There is a great range of clothes to choose from, I'd buy almost anything if I could afford it because I find the quality is very good.
