   This three star is only for the fact that they have decided to take out the women's section from this store. The staff are amazing always very helpful and even recognised us as we visit that often but we shall not be returning until the women's section has returned as I like to be able to shop for my self and my partner and mother all together. Very disappointing as Tommy is out favourite brand hope to see the women's section returned in the future.

   Went into a shop what's just opened (no names mentioned) customer service was awfull, no smiles, nothing... Went into Tommy Hilfiger all the staff was polite, friendly and professional.. vast knowledge of products in store and online..I purchased from the store and was happy to spend my money there, highly recommended.. thank you.

   I went shopping on Saturday to meadow hall looking for a nice top. I usually shop at Tommy in Birmingham. When ever I have come to meadow hall, the staff aren’t very welcoming. There is a lack of building a good report with customers. On Saturday, I noticed a new member of staff. I don’t know what her name is, she was a petite brown woman who just popped her head in to say hi and started to make conversation very easily. She showed me a number of tops, helped with sizing. Now, I don’t know if she is the manager and she isn’t then she sure should be because that is great genuine service.
