   I usually use Man Hong but that take away has now closed. Tried China Palace didn't enjoy the food at all. Thought I'd give Lotus House a try and absolutely loved it! Food was fresh and nice and hot, great flavours. Will definitely be back. Another lovely meal. I hardly ever eat Chinese but the food tonight was delicious and plenty left over for tomorrow. Would definitely recommend. Chicken chow mein Egg fried rice Spare ribs Sweet and chilli sauce Complementary prawn crackers Everything was delicious and a great price. £1.50 delivery, what’s not to like?

   My partner and I ordered the large meaty Spring rolls and a chicken curry. Was really looking forward to the spring rolls but we took a bite from it and had to spit it straight back out because it LITERALLY tasted of cleaning products. I was very disappointed in this. The chicken curry texture was horrible and the flavour of the sauce was not tasty at all it didn’t taste great at all. This Chinese takeaway place really need to make big changes in order to progress food wise because it would be a shame if nothing changes.

   Disappointed to say the least!! We’ve been coming here for years and usually never had an issue. Last time we went they messed up our order and promised my partner that next time we come in they’ll honour us a dish for free, never stated there was a time limit, they said they put it on the system against my partners phone number, which was a lie. We called up to order today and asked for this dish free of charge and they wouldn’t honour it as claimed nothing on the system (which there should have been as they said next time we come in they would give it) they said the system is only for 24 hours and they claimed they knew nothing about this. They were very unhelpful and quite rude to be frank, they apologised but we aren’t sure what for because they didn’t do anything about their mess up and claimed that no one remembered and in doing so disregarded it ever happening and being very dismissive. To make things worse, I also found hair in my food tonight. Terrible customer service from them, we will not be returning again.

   Ordered vegetable chow mein, and salt pepper chips. Very delicious and spicy made upon request. Also assisted with dietary requirements. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and ordering again!

   I ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice . Could barely see any egg in the rice and the sweet and sour chicken to sweet not the worst but definitely not the best. I’m going to give this food two stars out of five. My partner got a Singapore fried rice with barbecue ribs again the ribs were too much barbecue and the rice was very bland .

   Don't use often because they don't deliver if they delivered I would use all the time I spend about £70_90 a week with China palace because they deliver they must lose so much money by not delivering
