“Excellent food and service, very low prices.”
“Ordered vegetable chow mein, and salt pepper chips. Very delicious and spicy made upon request. Also assisted with dietary requirements. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and ordering again!”
“Terrific Cantonese restaurant with all the classic dishes, we had 5 dishes here tonight and we loved it all! The Salt Baked Cornfed Chicken was excellent and the Stuffed Tofu/Aubergine/Green Peppers too. The Mixed Meat Crispy Mein was great, and the Crispy Squid in Chillies n Salt. Service from staff very friendly... a very recommended restaurant”
“I have eaten from here for the last 8 years and I have not had a bad experience once. My food arrives hot and is always tasty.”
“Food very good. We believe his large ribs are tyrannosaurus. So big and good. Prices excellent. Open for lunch as well. 12 to 2pm not open Tuesday. Order food go for a pint. Or phone ahead. Place needs a revamp. Mr Wing gets focused on cooking. He will come to counter if you cough, shout or talk a lot.”
“Tried multiple Chinese restaurants and nothing ever beats the food here, can't help but always compare the food to every other restaurant and so far none have ever topped this restaurant. Don't live close to the area anymore so unfortunately can't get an order, but will be around the area soon and will deffo be ordering while im there just to eat it again❤️❤️”
“Eaten here twice, and it was delicious both times. First was a choose your own stirfry with lots of veggies. More recently, I wasn't very hungry, so I tried the chilli garlic mogo (pictured after I'd started eating), so flavoursome and big enough for a light meal on its own. Highly recommended!”
“The ribeye steak melted in my mouth, perfectly medium-rare with a smoky char on the outside. The garlic butter topping added an extra layer of flavor.”
“Excellent food! We recently found out about Bang Bang and we’re able to try T.H.E Formosa and we’re delighted at how good it was. We had the popcorn chicken, bao, and pak choi. The chicken was perfect - it was crispy and succulent and so tasty. The bao was just as delicious as was the steamed pak choi. The pak choi in particular was fantastic. It had a lovely smoky flavour and came with a lovely dressing. There’s lots to choose from at Bang Bang but T.H.E Formosa is definitely my favourite!”
“Delicious kosher Chinese / Pan-Asian restaurant. One of our favourite kosher places! Excellent service. Good value for money.”
“Our guilty pleasure, great food every time. The prawn chow mein is my wife's favourite and the Thai green curry is mine. Wonderful service, delivery always quick and food arrives hot and fresh! Thank you”
“Just getting started. One price for all meals £8.90 pork and chicken dishes currently. We had sweet and sour with rice and black bean with noodles. Liked noodles better than rice. Good portions. Staff very friendly.”
“Really enjoyed the meal at the Reindeer cafe! They offer traditional canto style dishes at a very high standard. The charsiu was perfectly cooked with a good balance of fattiness and lean meat, with a subtle hint of sweetness from the honey. The roast duck was really tender and flavourful as well. The garlic choi sum was simple but delicious — well seasoned, not stiff or overcooked at all, and you can really taste the wok hei. Our highlight of the meal was the lamb hotpot, it was so tasty and the lamb literally just slides off the bone!! The portion size was generous so I’m glad that we brought some Tupperwares with us, wouldn’t want to waste any of this delicious food!! There’s a bakery in the cafe as well — we’ve particularly enjoyed the coconut peanut 糯米糍(mochi) and the egg tart. And oh! Don’t forget the milk tea too, which was made to perfection and perhaps even better than some of the 茶餐廳 I’ve been to in HK. Will definitely come back again for another meal!!”
“Excellent food - lots of variety and interesting choices. I had spicy fried 'fish' and then a sweet and sour tofu. Really good and very reasonably priced for London. Staff were lovely - we were served by a young lady who was super friendly and helpful. The chef popped out of the kitchen at one point too, to check we were enjoying it and to talk us through the satay sauce (which is so good we had to ask for extra!).”
“Been eating in this restaurant for more than 4 years now. I believe that this is one of the most best Asian restaurants in London. The staff members are always kind, helpful. It’s always busy on the weekends, so i try go there early. Dim sums, roast duck, Fried chicken and sweet and sour chickens are my favs. Prices of food are very reasonable.”
“This has been my local for 20 years but I've only just tried the new asian/chinese /thai fusion menu .......wow what a pukka surprise..Yaka the landlady & hubby Markus whipped me up an off the menu special chow mein& as a Chinesefood lover i can honestly say its on par with the finest...absolutely recommend this place ...good beer too x”
“Banging food , banging price . I have been using them as my local Chinese takeaway and they have never disappointed . Probably the best takeaway in the whole of north west london”
“Had the soup dumpling. All their stuff is delicious.”
“Great food lovely variety of places to eat from, I do aim to try as many wherever, it's does get very busy, just a heads up”
“Tasty dumplings, quick and friendly service at the counter. The steamed prawn and mushroom dumplings are full of prawn. The fried dough dumplings are good too and come with a dipping sauce.”
“Large portions of flash fried chicken with either noodles or rice, it gets quite busy during the weekend so you may have to wait a little longer.”
“Very nice Chinese Takeaway - meals ordered this week for 6 persons 2 nights this week - very happy with both. Good portions and nice food. Reasonable prices.”
“I’m suprised how many bad opinions they have. We already tried some from other places but from here was so delicious. We had bbq and peanut butter chicken with noodles and it was amazing.”
“I went for Uncle Chili's and got their signature tso chicken with noodles for around £15, the amount of food was so huge I had to deploy the help of those with me to finish it. There were about 10-15 big pieces of chicken in the serving aswell as a large amount of noodles and salad. The salad was nothing special, although the chicken and noodles completely made up for that. Also had cold sweet tea on the side so total of £17.50, honestly worth it for the amount of food there. Obviously not the most authentic but thats not too much a problem I suppose.”
“We went to Bang Bang two weeks ago to try the Four Seasons Barbecue roast meat. We ordered three meat platters with rice and seafood crispy noodle. The food is absolutely delicious and portion is big enough for the four of us. Will be return ,”
