   Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered dinner last night and the food was utterly awful, worst Chinese take away ever. All the dishes tasted like burnt or smoked for some reason. Egg fried rice was super small and tasteless. Ribs were burnt and totally black. A complete mess.

   If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service and rude staff who ignore any questions you may have. I ordered through the app and they gave 0 updates when the order was running late. I requested to not ring the doorbell and they proceed to ring it then the driver rudely walks off when I ask if that request was not on the app. My iced drinks are obviously melted because the order is so late, even after I called to ensure the drinks would not melt due to the lateness.

   Don't let the restaurants appearance fool you, the food here is great so i recommend especially for a bit of Chinese to eat here, 10/10 would order from here again.

   Waited an hour and 20 minutes and wasted £50 on a awful meal. My family managed a few mouthfuls before admitting defeat. Really over priced for the food you recieve. Small portions and the egg fried rice tasted like boiled rice with a couple snippets if eggs, the chicken fried rice contained roughly 6 tiny strips of processed chicken as was the chicken in the black bean sauce. The Kung po king prawn was just an absolute soggy mess. The prawn toast were oily and tasteless. The crispy duck was OK but comes only with 6 pancakes. Overall, I wish I read the reviews first before ordering, gutted as this was a £50 bad experience that I won't be repeating again.

   I have been using here for years now but it has gradually got worse. My last order was not great at all the chicken balls in batter were obvious reheats as the batter was so hard and the chicken inside was solid. The chow mein was like mush and didnt taste nice at all. The only decent thing that was on our order was the chicken curry. Won't be going back here.

   Food is generally good but poor customer service and long waiting times for delivery. I've been coming here for more than 10 years. Dropped down from 3 stars to 1 star as of december 2021. Got my order wrong. Ordered tofu in black bean sauce. Got tofu in a different sauce which tasted disgusting. In the bin it went. Called to complain and was told I can order it again with 50% discount. Not really good enough. Would have liked them to make the dish I actually ordered for free considering I paid for something I did not get. Very disappointed considering how often I order here.
