The vibes here are immaculate, and they found me the perfect heels for an uncomfortable wedding. I took all of the unwanted attention away from the disturbed couple in them. The heels have lasted since, and I thank the staff once again for their help

This is in relation to their online store - If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered shoes with a specific heel height however, item arrived with a clear difference. Emailed with pictures as evidence. They asked for the product number, which I sent back. And then despite multiple emails asking for a prepaid return I’ve had 1 holding mail and nothing more despite multiple contact attempts. Wish I’d looked at the other online reviews to see how terrible their customer service was. Still in the box awaiting return…. AVOID
