   I visited this store at the East Midlands Designer Outlet looking to buy a suit for work. This was not for a special occasion. I regularly wear suits and was looking to add another to my wardrobe. I had money to spend and a clear intention to buy. The store itself looks good. Decent layout, a good range of suits, and pricing that felt reasonable. Unfortunately, the customer service completely undermined that. As I entered the store, an older gentleman at the front clearly noticed me. Instead of engaging, he immediately walked toward the back of the shop and positioned himself near the till. I spent several minutes browsing, properly looking at a suit I was interested in, yet there was no engagement at all. No greeting, no offer of help, nothing. The store was not busy, so this was not a case of staff being overwhelmed. A member of staff at the till at least smiled when I acknowledged her, but she remained at the back of the store and made no attempt to assist. Being ignored like this feels uncomfortable and frankly insulting. If customers are being profiled or dismissed as not worth engaging with, that is a serious problem. I was there to spend money, not to be watched and avoided. This mirrors a disappointing pattern I experienced in another store at the same outlet on the same visit, and it made my decision very easy. I took my money elsewhere. Poor customer engagement, poor impression, and not somewhere I would return to. One star.

   Went to the Mcarthur Glen Mansfield store for suits for a wedding in Skiathos. Thought linen would be best . Nick advised against it and pointed out suits that looked like linen . Looked and felt amazing so purchased them. Weather was around 27° and the suits looked fantastic. Not a crease in sight even after being packed. Couldn't recommend Nick and Suits direct highly enough.

   Well what can I say . After visiting other suit retailers on the same stretch who totally ignored us even entering the shop . This was a visit that was friendly, professional but fun . Really easy going gentleman who I could genuinely talk to for hours . Polite courteous and genuine nice person . Nick we thankyou so much for your help with the two jackets and trousers and accessories on our visits today. Made our nephew feel comfortable too who struggles with certain situations he wanted to go back and try a suit jacket on himself ready for his prom . Cannot thankyou enough . The world is a difficult place to be sometimes . Great work all gents in the store that we spoke to were brill . Will be sure to tell everyone of our positive experiences. All the best

   I’ve been looking for a suit for a wedding for some time and couldn’t find anything that fit me well in the likes of M&S and Next. I happened to stumble across this shop, which I didn’t know existed and was very pleasantly surprised. They had lots in my size for me to try on and I found the perfect suit and shirt at a very reasonable price. Nick was brilliant and made the experience extremely easy, helping me find everything I needed and knew my sizing just from looking at me. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back!

   Amazing service! I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Nick about getting a tuxedo, he was so knowledgeable and checked stock for me straight away. When I attended a few hours later, he clearly remembered our conversation and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much Nick, your help was greatly appreciated.

   I had a very good experience instore today. Chris W greeted me but wasn't pushy at all. I required alot of help being in the outdoor equipment industry and not having anything remotely smart for the event. Chris gave me his thoughts on design and colour as well as having it for different occasions with just a change of shoe and tie colour. I got suited up and took a quick snap (which Chris also did for me) for approval from the family, again.. no clue what i should have been wearing.. Big thumbs up from everyone so Chris must have done something right making a suit, suit me. I was going to shop about, but the one on one service made all the difference. I bought the suit and left happy. Thanks again Chris.

   3rd time of going into this store. Everytime they were not very busy, but every time no one spoke to me, not even to ask if I needed help, which I did. I wanted a longer length waistcoat for work. I shouldn't be hunting down help! They knew I was there, but just carried on like I was invisible. Disappointed. Store was clean and tidy and the stock looked good.

   Bought a suit, tie and shirt today for an interview. The lady that served us was very helpful and friendly, giving expert advice on size and fit. She showed great integrity by advising that their stocked shirts may not fit my long arms and recommended alternative shops, I was more than happy with the one she helped me pick out though. I wished I asked her name as I was very very happy with the whole experience. I have already told my friends and my dads going at the weekend for a suit too.
