   I recently had an appointment with my Dental Hygienist, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and delivered one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. My teeth have never felt better, and I left the appointment feeling genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, kindness, and attention to detail so effortlessly. I’m truly grateful for the excellent treatment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for top quality dental care.

   Having had a long gap between attendances and hoping to be seen,I phoned M&N Dental Practice,explained the situation (Bad Tooth Ache)I then had sudden thought,may be because of the long gap between previous appointments and no check up's,this could be a problem,then again I thought go for it,so called M&N,and to my supprise I was given an appointment,WOW!On arriving for said appointment(on time by the way)handed in updated medication form,saw dentist,job done.Later in year had same issue with her indoors (Tooth Ache)previous process followed,yet again no issues.I must say that on occasion some of the office staff(not all)come across a bit abrupt,but come to think of it though,is it not to be expected now an then,modern society? keep it up M&N dental practice.Thankyou.

   Probably the best dental practice I have been too. Absolutely terrified of the dentist but they have been so patient and amazing with me. Big shout out to my hygienist, she is so lovely and puts you at ease. Would recommend.

   I had such a positive experience at this dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The hygienist (Sandy) was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough – they explained everything clearly and gave me really helpful advice for looking after my teeth. My smile feels so much fresher and healthier, and I left feeling really well cared for which i got the advised from the dentist in surgery 5 (Gabi) and 1. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and genuinely caring dental team.

   This place must be investigated for incompetency and for NOT providing adequate service, From owner, dentist, assistants to receptionists the whole place is a mess. They almost took my sons perfectly fine tooth out. The only reason people go there is because they are taking on nhs patients otherwise not a single person will go to this place. For any wrong treatment you should sue them striaght away.

   I booked an appointment 24 hrs ago for my children. This morning I have woken up with covid system and rang at 9:00AM to cancel today’s appointment. It was explained to me it will go down as a missed appointment due to not being able to cancel it 48hrs prior. How can I cancel an appointment 48hrs prior when I only booked the appointment 24hrs ago? I then asked to speak with the manager to which I got a reply of ‘no, they are on annual leave and even when there back they will not talk to you’. I will now be looking elsewhere for another dentist for me and my children. Completely unprofessional and rude
