My new dentist Caroline was so understanding and easy to talk to, throughout she talked to me and made me feel at ease. I genuinely recommend this dental practice. I had whitening and composite work done by Nelson and I’m delighted with the results. Nelson is the most personable dentist I’ve had. He offers his genuine advice with no pressure allowing you to take your time to consider your options. Excellent hygienist too. Victoria took time to explain the need for interdental brushes and the correct technique needed to use them.
I have been a patient/client of Nelson for a few years now and this guy is nothing less than an artist. He is at the top of his game for facial aesthetics. he take the time to listen and then draws a plan of the works on my face, he then proceeds precisely, painlessly and gently to administer. Usually I'd recommend them but not now. Emergency appointment to be told no time to take infected tooth out or measure for new partial denture. No antibiotics nothing still in agony and not getting seen for another 2 weeks with toothache which is infected. and no partial denture. Asked cant you measure now no we have no time really more like your not private so we don't care. Will be changing dentist as soon as I'm able.
I could not rate this dentist highly enough. From the manager, to the reception staff and my dentist - all have been most awesome. I've not visited a dentist in many years and was very nervous about having my check-up and getting the treatments done. My dentist (Manzur) was simply outstanding and did everything he could to make me feel at ease, listen to me and give me all the information I neeeded to make the right choices for me.
