   Haven't actually tried the food because it wasn't delivered! I ordered online from their website and the order wasn't confirmed yet they took the payment! I tried calling the restaurant after 20 minutes of the order not being confirmed. I called over 20 times and no one ever picked up the phone. It's been over an hour, but the payment has still been taken and no action on part of the restaurant. Will follow up with bank and relevant entities to make sure this doesn't happen to other people. By this I mean SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   Used to go here, food was great. Ordered through their website, they never accepted the order (though the money was taken from my account, which I ended up having to dispute) and the restaurant doesn't answer the phone, they no longer appear to be operating. Do not place an order here.

   I ordered a Chinese New Year dinner, which was confirmed, and when I went to collect it I found that the place was closed. Nothing on their website to indicate that they were closed on this day. How hard is it to list on their website when they are closed?

   Look, this place has a good reputation but, don’t ever ever ever order through Just eat for this place or after 9:45pm. They don’t deliver your food. I ordered my food at 9:48pm. I had an automated email accepting the order. At 9:50pm another automated email stated ‘the driver couldn’t find me’. It was just 2 min after I ordered. It is a scam. What they do is just take the money from your account through JustEat but this Chinese doesn’t have the intention of ever delivering the food you ordered. The automated email at 9:50pm (which was only 2 min after the order was placed) was not an authentic one. There was no time to safely cook the food. But in sending it, the Chinese can say to Just Eat that they simply couldn’t find the address. This is effectively food fraud. They then claim that it was the customers fault. But the reality is, they didn’t even try to deliver the food. I have just had 22 pounds stolen. No order showed up. I am not alone. This has happened to a lot of other customers

   Best Chinese takeaway/delivery in Chelsea I am oriental and have tried so many Chinese takeaway/deliveries in Chelsea or surrounding areas for years, but I couldn’t find the one I really liked until last night. My points of choices for takeaway Chinese are 1) reasonable price (it has to be takeaway price not restaurant one) 2) food qualities and quantities are matching to the prices 3) tasty - no point eating cheap and bad food 4) reliability and honesty 5) good ingredients - no cheap substitutions 6) delivery without relying on food delivery companies (this is optional but I prefer food delivered by themselves) 7) good communications. I found very hard to find the one which filled all the boxes, especially if they deliver. Oriental Kitchen Express got all the ticks! We ordered Vegetable Hot and Sour soup (very tasty but my husband thought a little low in umami - since it’s vegetarian, it might be. If there’s a meat version, I would have chosen it but only seafood and vegetarian ones were available. I found it still yummy. Good flavor and balance of chili & sourness was very good) Crispy squid with chili (much better than my expectation. Often this dish by takeaway is rubbery and no flavor with too much salt to hide the cheap ingredients) Beef slice with mixed veggies with crispy noodles (noodles were still crispy and beef was tender and mix veggies were really mix veggies including straw mushrooms - often cheaper substitutions), Kanpo chicken with egg fried rice - this is their version of kanpo chicken and if you are thinking of Sichuan dry kanpo chicken, don’t order it. It’s more like chicken sweet and sour but it is yummy. It contains water chestnuts and tenderly deep fried chicken and crunchy water chestnuts combo is a very good harmony. They are in business for 27 years and are proud of their food and service. They proved it to us last night. We are very happy with them. It was a recommendation of my oriental friend and it will go to my friends with words of mouth. Hope they continue keeping their standards!!

   Our favourite take away! we’ve been ordering for 2 years, and every time it’s just perfect, tasty, fresh and fast. Their aromatic crispy garlicky chicken is divine (we order without chillies for kids) and beef&broccoli in garlic sauce is so homey and perfectly cooked. Delicious food, great service, highly recommend!

   Nice food - rubbish management Have been ordering from here nearly every week for a couple of months. Last time I ordered I was promised something different next time (Singapore Noodles instead of Egg Fried Rice - I'm ordering for one whilst on business). Didn't get what was ordered and front of house accused me of lying. I'll go elsewhere in future, I think the front of house needs some customer service education. I'm sure they'll have a different view but someone else will get my money next time even though the food was good. It's a shame but they need to replace the front of house individual and get someone with experience of customer service.

   Nice and kozy take away restaurant on the Holland road in London! They prepare a live food hot and according to our need. If you need less spicy or more spicy, your instructions are respected. The staffs are very courteous and advise the best suited food for the taste buds. They deliver the food to home and the cost of the food is also not expensive.
