    If I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner Ahmed is rude and abusive. Did not cook my order yet refused to refund me. Has literally stolen my money. Shop itself is dirty. Actually glad I didn’t get the food after seeing the state of the shop. Their 4* hygiene rating is based on the previous shop (Hot Take La Palma Grill). Trading standards needs to take a serious look at these thieves. The delivery driver was cooking food in his driving gear and helmet on. Didn’t even wash his hands. Clearly basic hygiene and food safety does not matter to them. Not to mention the food all over the floor. Doesn’t look like they’ve seen a hoover or mop. Avoid this shop at all costs. From the other reviews it seems we’re not the first people they’ve done this to and if anything we’ve had a lucky escape not eating their food and catching something from it!

    Just left this awful place. Come in to collect my order and chefs didn’t have any gloves on. One worker sneezed into his hands and just wiped them on himself. To top this place off there was mice in the corner of the restaurant when I said to the guy behind the counter I wanted a refund he refused and told me I was seeing things.

    Incomplete order from Deliveroo. No rider call number, no rider route track, restaurant number not reached and even not able to leave voice message. Surprising, Deliveroo system showed delivery successfully after 1 hour of expected delivery time

    I made an purchase through UberEats, my order was incomplete. There is no way to contact this restaurant, I basically paid £23 for one container of food. I have sent an Email through the UberEats App ..... I am still awaiting a reply. Worst Customer Service ever!!!!! Avoid this company!!!
